Belca FN 300 flowpacker
The Belca FN 300 is a high-quality flowpack machine. For example, the flowpack machine is designed to automatically pack trays of products at high speed. The machine can be fully integrated in line and is equipped with electronic axis control that synchronises the jaw, rollers and feed, making it versatile and flexible in product changes, as well as good synchronism in the required movements. This leads to efficiency and high machine performance. It also features a double film holder to reduce machine downtime. The film comes from below and the seal bar has a width of 300 mm.

The Belca FN 300 is equipped with state-of-the-art asbestos controls for accurate and fast product changeover in a fully automatic manner, via a 12″ touch-screen that allows storing more than 100 different programmes.
Possible films include: polypropylene BOPP, paper complex heat-sealable films.
This Belca flowpacker has 4 length seal rollers, which consist of:
- One set of adjustable drive rollers;
- A first set of heated rolls for sealing;
- A second set of heated rollers for sealing;
- A third set for folding rollers.
The machine is equipped with 7 independent servo motors and a motorised self-centring double foil holder.
