The Proseal Case Packer CP4 Twin is the new machine in Sismatec & Proseal’s case packer range.
The CP4 Twin includes a Delta type robot that places more than 140 packs per minute in crates and boxes.

Proseal Case Packer CP4

The Proseal Case Packer CP4 Twin is a high-speed fully automatic system that combines energy efficiency with the ability to fill crates and boxes at over 140 packs per minute.

ProMotion input system

The combination of the delta robot and Proseal ProMotion tray spacing technology ensures constant throughput. The double-lane casepacker minimises downtime. The CP4 Twin is easy to integrate into your existing or new packaging line.

Functionalities

In line with Proseal’s range of tray sealing machines, the CP4 also incorporates many of their innovative features. These include the ProTect user login and audit trail security system, which allows multi-level access authorisation and offers full compatibility with the ProVision OEE and ‘downtime analyser’ that gives real-time data of machine performance.
