Intray is the market leader in the design and production of hygienic denesters for the food industry. Take the Intray Buffer Stand, which can denest up to 200 trays per minute. Thanks to the patented Smart Tool, you can switch to another packaging in just a few minutes.
Sismatec & Intray streamline food production with electrical and hygienic packaging denesters. Regardless of the speed and content of the packaging, the ideal solution is used. The de-nesters have been developed in such a way that packaging is de-nested perfectly and ends up in the right place, and the de-nesters can also be easily integrated into existing production lines.

The tray sealers combine a high throughput with a quick tool change and a space-saving compact design. Designed to accept randomly spaced trays from any conveyor and can be fully integrated with other line equipment often using the Proseal machine as the base of the line.
