Proseal’s new CP3™ is the ideal addition to Proseal’s extensive range of tray sealing machines, offering customers a complete packaging solution. The CP3 Case Packer combines efficient power consumption and a compact design with high-speed filling of crates and boxes at up to 120 packs per minute.

ProMotion feeding system

The key to the CP3’s exceptional performance is the tried-and-tested ProMotion tray feeding system. This maximises throughput by utilising following motion and intelligent buffer technology to effectively control the flow of trays, enabling them to be fed continuously into the case packer without stopping.

Packaging

The Proseal Case Packer CP3 can handle a wide range of packaging formats, including trays, tubs and sandwich packs, made from various materials such as A-PET, C-PET and cardboard. Automatic tooling technology enables quick and easy format changes. In addition, the Quick Release (QR) system ensures rapid removal and replacement of the conveyor belts, making it possible to speed up and simplify cleaning and maintenance.

Features

The new case packer shares the same high standards of construction and durability as Proseal’s industry-leading traysealers and incorporates many of their advanced features. These include the ProTect™ contactless login system, which offers different levels of access authorisation for individual users, and full compatibility with the ProVision™ OEE and downtime analyser, which provides a comprehensive real-time overview of machine performance. Set-up and day-to-day operation are simplified thanks to the user-friendly, menu-driven control panel. Optional extras include an additional crate filler and a longer buffer conveyor for higher speeds. Crate infeed and outfeed conveyors can be customised to suit individual factory layouts, and the CP3 can be fully integrated with additional equipment such as case erecting machines, existing conveyor systems, labellers and coders.The Case Packer is also available in a CP2 version and a CP4 version.
