Choosing the right center seal
Flowpack machines can be fitted with a seal on the bottom or on the top, depending on the product, the film type and the presentation requirements. Both options can be combined with a shrink tunnel for a tight, protective and attractive pack.

What can you pack with a Belca flowpacker?
A flowpacker packs loose products or trays in a film pack. The range is suitable for a wide variety of products, such as broccoli, tomatoes, peppers, mushrooms, asparagus, lettuce, cheese and sausage. You can also pack complete meals, bakery products and industrial products with it.
Can I use a Belca flowpacker for modified atmosphere packaging (MAP)?
Yes. The Belca HPS5 is specially designed to pack products under MAP. For a good seal, a reliable seal seam and the right film are important. Several series are available in a MAP version.
Will a Belca flowpacker fit my existing production line?
Yes. The machines can be fully integrated inline and have electronic servo control that synchronises the jaws, rollers and infeed. A machine can also work as a standalone unit with manual feeding.
