Benefits
Complete lines for an efficient production process
We offer every link for a packaging line, from processing the product to the final palletising. Which parts fit best depends on what you pack and how high your production runs. Not every machine suits every product, and not every line needs to be complete to work well.
For preparing the product, we have cutting machines and filling machines. For the packing itself, we offer traysealers, flowpackers and vacuum machines, depending on the type of packaging your product needs. The link between the machines is handled by smart conveyor belts that pass on the signals, so everything works as one whole.
For case packing, there is a standard case packer, and alongside that we build custom case packers for specific products such as flowpack-wrapped jars of olives. Want to automate even further, then you can choose automatic crate feeding, pallet infeed and palletising at the end of the line.
The more complete the line, the less dependent you are on staff. We look together at which combination fits your product, your volumes and your ambitions. That way we safeguard continuity, improve efficiency and keep costs under control.

How much staff do I save with an automated line?
That varies from line to line, because it depends on your volumes and on how many steps you automate. The biggest gain is in the work that is now done by hand, such as packing, stacking and moving products.
