What does the Proseal GT1e do?

The Proseal GT1e seals pre-formed trays on a high-capacity production line. At the heart of the ‘e’ design is the flexibility to perform any type of heat seal: atmospheric, MAP, VMAP, Skin, Skin Plus and Skin Deep. These options can be added or removed at a later date, allowing the machine to adapt to changing packaging trends.

The Proseal GT1e is used by producers of meat, fish, poultry, dairy, fruit and vegetables, ready meals, desserts and plant-based products. The machine is designed for medium to large production volumes where flexibility in seal types is important.

GT1e or GT1s?

The GT1e stands out due to its ability to perform vacuum and skin packaging in addition to atmospheric sealing. If atmospheric sealing alone is sufficient, the GT1s is a more suitable choice.
